We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

Administrative Assistant
Supports the daily operations of Zion Care LLC by handling administrative tasks, scheduling, data entry, and communication between staff and clients. Ensures smooth coordination within the office and timely documentation of care services.
Host Home Provider
Provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing home environment for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Assists with daily living activities, promotes independence, and ensures each person’s well-being and community involvement.
Residential Service Coordinator
Oversees residential care programs and ensures quality services for individuals in supported living homes. Coordinates staff, monitors client progress, maintains compliance with care plans, and facilitates communication among families, caregivers, and case managers.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Provides hands-on personal care and health-related assistance under the supervision of licensed nurses. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and supporting the comfort and safety of clients at home.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Delivers skilled nursing care, conducts health assessments, and develops individualized care plans for clients. Works closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of in-home clinical care.
Personal Caregiver
Assists clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and mobility support. Encourages independence while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety within the home setting.
Direct Care Worker
Provides compassionate support to individuals with disabilities or special needs in community or residential settings. Assists with daily living activities, promotes social engagement, and helps clients achieve their personal goals and independence.
